Whimsical & Playful Vibes
Dakeyne Flower Maze: Sunflowers are still blooming as of September 23rd! This location is beautiful from the sunflower maze, to the view of the Avon River. It's also a great spot for flying kites!
The Camera Obscura: This unique structure is actually a camera itself, reflecting the view of the beach onto the ground!
Cozy & Nostalgic Vibes
Hobart's Beach (just past the Flying Apron): Make it an afternoon by stopping into the Flying apron before or after your shoot (or include it as an activity in your shoot). This rocky beach has a beautiful view & lots of opportunities for sweet family photos.
Walton Lighthouse: This is such a fun location for a photoshoot (I know from experience). You can go into the actual lighthouse (when it's open), or stroll along the trail with a beautiful view of the ocean! The park is accessible by walking in, in the off season.
Daniel's Apple Upick: If you want some cute fall family photos, look no further than the apple upick! Plus, Bent Ridge is right there if you want to grab some food and local beverages.
Adventurous & Outdoorsy Vibes
Irishman's Road Trails: I love this location for a moody wooded vibe. From cool trees, funky mushrooms, and little streams and bridges, this is a fun location for exploring! There is also a big grassy hill that makes for a brighter backdrop.
Windsor Skate Park: If your kids are into the skatepark or basketball, this would be such a fun shoot! Also get a few family portraits in front of the lake for grandma while you're there!
Fall's Lake Provincial Park: Such a pretty lake with picnic tables and a little trail for fun family photos. Make it an activity based shoot by bringing along a cute picnic basket with snacks - keep the kids fed and happy during your shoot!
